Ben has an absolute passion for marketing and has a wide range of marketing experience. He is a highly dedicated, creative and driven person with strong entrepreneurial skills, specialist knowledge in marketing, services marketing, brand management, customer care, service quality assurance, marketing strategies and research. Over the last 20 years he has acquired specialist knowledge and experience as an entrepreneur and as a marketing lecturer. He has also gained valuable experience as a marketing manager and national sales & marketing manager for well-known corporate brands and companies in South Africa. He is also the author of a range of textbooks in marketing and management.
